These Terms and Conditions explain the use of the InPowered Mindset website, its educational resources and related services offered by Ed Chicoine. Please read them with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

1. Educational purpose and scope

InPowered Mindset provides education, coaching, books, presentations, workshops and practical frameworks concerning brain plasticity, nervous system regulation, communication, leadership, resilience and personal development. NIRM means the Neuro-Integrative Release Method.

The website, assessments, resources and services do not provide medical diagnosis, psychotherapy, psychological assessment or treatment for medical or mental-health conditions. Ed Chicoine is a retired chiropractor with 41 years of professional experience. His current work through InPowered Mindset is educational and developmental.

Using this website or communicating with Ed does not create a doctor-patient or therapist-client relationship. Any coaching or educational engagement is governed by its own agreed scope and does not create a healthcare relationship.

2. Using the website and resources

You may use the website and access resources for lawful personal or internal learning purposes, subject to any licence or conditions supplied with a particular resource. Please provide accurate information when making an inquiry, registering or purchasing.

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security, impersonate another person, submit information you are not entitled to share, or use the content in a misleading or unlawful way.

3. Coaching, workshops and speaking

The scope, format, fees, payment schedule, cancellation or rescheduling conditions, confidentiality arrangements and practical requirements for a paid engagement will be set out in the booking information or separate written agreement before you commit. Please ask for clarification if a term is unclear.

Participation in reflection, exercises and coaching is voluntary. You may pause an exercise or discuss an appropriate alternative. You remain responsible for your choices and for seeking qualified professional care when needed.

4. Purchases, access and refunds

Prices, applicable taxes, delivery arrangements, access periods and any refund or cancellation conditions are those shown at the time of purchase or in the agreement for the service. These website terms do not impose a blanket no-refund policy or remove rights provided by applicable consumer law.

5. Results and professional advice

Learning and coaching outcomes depend on individual circumstances, participation and many factors outside our control. No particular health, financial, employment, business or personal outcome is promised. Testimonials describe the experiences of the people providing them and are not guarantees of your results.

Consult appropriately qualified professionals for medical, psychological, legal, financial or other regulated advice. Do not delay or stop recommended care because of website content.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise identified, the original website content, books, graphics, frameworks and program materials belong to InPowered Mindset or their respective rights holders. Access to a resource does not transfer ownership.

You may not sell, republish, distribute or adapt protected materials for commercial use without written permission or an applicable licence. Any use permitted by law remains permitted. Contact us about team use, reproduction or licensing.

7. Assessments and Eddy Chat

Educational assessments are tools for reflection, not diagnosis, treatment, employee screening or evaluations of fitness for duty. They should not be the sole basis for employment or other consequential decisions.

Eddy Chat provides AI-assisted educational reflection. AI responses may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a situation. Use your judgment, verify important information and seek qualified assistance where appropriate. The app may have separate terms and privacy information presented before use.

8. Email and third-party services

Submitting an inquiry or requesting a resource allows us to respond to that request. It does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated promotional messages. Marketing communications are sent where you have consented or where otherwise permitted by law, with a way to unsubscribe.

Links, embedded content and third-party tools may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. A link does not by itself constitute an endorsement. We do not control third-party availability or content.
