Meet Ed

Ed Chicoine has spent more than 41 years helping people understand the relationship between the brain, nervous system, stress, behavior, and human performance.

As a chiropractor who has worked with over 15,000 individuals across two continents, Ed repeatedly observed the same frustrating pattern:

Intelligent and capable people often knew what they needed to do, but still struggled to create lasting change.

That question led him deeper into neuroscience, brain plasticity, emotional conditioning, and nervous system regulation.

Today, Ed is the founder of InPowered Mindset and creator of the Neuro-Integrative Release Method (NIRM), a neuroscience-based framework designed to help people move from resistance to flow.

His work focuses on helping individuals create meaningful transformation without relying on force, pressure, or constant self-battle.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

  • Understand how the brain’s prediction system is designed to favor what feels familiar, even when those patterns no longer serve you.

You’ll begin seeing your habits and reactions through a completely different lens.

  • Learn how unresolved emotional patterns influence stress, procrastination, relationships, motivation, confidence, and self-sabotage beneath conscious awareness.

Most people are reacting from patterns they never realized were running.

  • Discover the foundational conditions that help the brain create stable and meaningful transformation.

This is not about trying harder. It is about creating the internal conditions where change becomes more natural, sustainable, and aligned.

WHY THIS MATTERS

You can want change deeply and still find yourself pulled back into the same stress, habits, and emotional reactions.

Not because you are broken.

But because the brain prioritizes familiarity before transformation.

This presentation will help you understand the hidden nervous system and emotional patterns driving your behavior.
